Fighting Style
Uchiha Madara is a master of Kenjutsu, the art of sword fighting, which he uses as a close range fighting style. His graceful and swift style of sword fighting has been likened to a graceful dance across the field, sliding swiftly through targets, spinning rapidly on his feet, and hopping quickly from place to place. Through his many years of training with swords, he can handle a sword with ease, even when holding it reversed. He is skilled to the point of being able to even steal a sword from an opponent with ease. Combined with his prediction and tracking capabilities of the Sharingan, he is able to quickly attack and defend, making him a tough target to hit with a sword in hand.

Appearance
With the years passed by, Madara has decided to regrow his hair out, donning the style which is so famously known, having been sculpted into the statue that stands tall in the Valley of the End.

I'll approve this.If you wish to use actual techniques that specifically are that of kenjutsu, I expect a separate jutsu application in the future.

Given that you wish his hairstyle to be the long version, I'd argue that the picture of Tobi you have atop your character app is inaccurate. I'd consider switching that out for a different one in the future. Or you may send to me the direct link to the image and I can add it for you.
