This jutsu utilizes Niashi’s Hyōton ability. Niashi forms two handseals and coats her arm (or leg) in a thin layer of chakra before forcing out Hyōton chakra and force-changing it into ice, causing it to form a type of ice armor over her arm, sharpening her finger to razor points and thickening so that no blade can penetrate it. She can use this move on any of her limbs, including legs – though she primarily uses it on her arms and hands. She can still use Ketsuekiha Itetsuku [Blood Freeze] while this jutsu is active.
This jutsu is also used in tandem with Aisu Kikou [Ice Armor], Tanrei’s jutsu, in order to coat the leopard in ice that serves as armor. Since it is of Hyōton nature it cannot be melted by conventional fire, and fire release jutsu has minimal effect on it.
cons:
Constant eating chakra; can be shattered by blunt force. Takes between one to four seconds to form; limb must be still for it to form properly.

This jutsu utilizes Niashi’s Hyōton ability. Niashi forms three handseals, causing the water in the air to freeze and congregate at one point. She lets it build until the chunk of ice is the desired size, then directs it to the wanted area. She then extends her arm and snaps her fingers once, and the block falls from the sky. It shatters into many smaller shards, and they go in every direction. This can also work if she forms smaller projectiles in a ring around her person and fire them off rapid-fire at the target.
cons:
The jutsu itself takes more time than usual to form the giant block, and moving it takes a considerable amount of chakra. The bigger it is, the more chakra it takes up – she can make many small blocks and launch them, but it does take time to form each one. The full brunt of the attack can be easily dodged.

This jutsu utilizes Niashi’s Hyōton ability. First, she must get in range to be able to touch her opponent. Following that, she uses the ability to force change the opponent’s blood, which is made up mostly of water, into ice. The jutsu causes freezing in the immediate area touched, but the longer her hands are on you - or the more chakra is used- the more of your body will freeze, which is what brings about the fluctuating rank. This technique is extremely painful, and was used as a torture technique during her time in Torture and Interrogations, given that water freezes in spikes, which would lead the ice to puncture blood vessels and wreak havoc on the opponent’s blood network, potentially. For the outermost extremities (fingers and toes), she only has to graze over their skin or almost touch to be able to perform it. For whole limbs, she has to have a solid touch. For the torso or full trunk, including the neck, she must have full on contact, and be able to press both hands flatly against the opponent’s body.
cons:
As this jutsu requires that she be touching the opponent, a huge con is the degree of close contact that is required to perform it. If her concentration falters any while performing this jutsu, it can backfire—and while not lethal, since she has the capability to undo it due to it being her release, it renders her unable to perform ninjutsu for a variable time after, due to numbness in her hands that takes a few minutes to recover from. But mostly the close range thing, since she’s physically weak. As the body is extremely warm, the ice can melt after a period of time, but it still causes massive internal bleeding.

This jutsu utilizes Niashi’s Hyōton ability. Niashi makes four handseals, then extends her hands out in front of her. A blue wall of chakra surrounds her as she faces the target. She then ‘punches’ the wall and sends what looks like a burst of powdery, glittering snow at the target, and as it draws nearer to them it freezes in a ten-foot circular radius around said target, freezing their feet in place. She then brings her hand to her mouth and blows into it, having focused chakra to that point. What looks like diamonds blows towards the target, freezing in tall, sharp spikes. Around this point the target should be [though it can be dodged] frozen to their waist in ice. Niashi then extends her arm, akin to Heavenly Strike, and snaps her fingers. The ice explodes, glittering as it blows away, hence the name “Diamond Dust”. Though it can be easily dodged, the shattering ice is nearly inescapable. If the target is frozen from the waist-down it’s an instant death after the explosion; within the ten-foot radius it’s grevious injury. If within 11-20 feet it’s serious injury, and anything outside of 20 is scratches and bruises. Niashi has used this jutsu twice in her entire life – it’s little known in the ninja world.
cons:
Slow to perform – it takes five to ten seconds to perform. Drains chakra reserves by at least one third, and completely numbs Niashi’s arms for one post. She cannot perform ninjutsu during said post, and her handseal time is halved afterwards from her fingers being frozen. She and her comrades can also be hit by the attack, though being pinned by it can be dodged.
